MAGNETIC: Craft Your Signature Solo

MAGNETIC  is 6-week soloist intensive with Diana Soto designed for dancers ready to channel their creativity into a powerful and captivating solo performance. Whether you prefer choreography or improvisation, this course provides personalized coaching to help you develop a solo that showcases your unique artistic voice while ensuring it's stage-worthy. 

Limited to only 6 participants, the course offers an intimate, boutique experience with in-depth guidance and consistent support, including weekly group coaching, a live feedback session during rehearsal, and access to session recordings and a private Facebook group for ongoing support and accountability as you work on your solo.

Among the things we’ll cover are: Emotional Mapping to connect your emotions to musicality and composition, Mastering the Gaze to communicate your story powerfully, Strategic Use of Space to build dynamics, and tailored content to your specific artistic needs  (ie. arms, turns, gesture, entrances, and strong endings, among others).. 

 As an interdisciplinary dancer with over 15 years of teaching experience, I’m passionate about helping dancers refine their artistic voice and elevate their solo performances. My experience as a certified coaching professional, alongside having worked with dancers all over the US, Puerto Rico, UK and Mexico, gives me the tools to not only guide you through technique but to shape a solo that authentically communicates your unique vision.
