Jam Boss, Mr.B

 Brent Hurter, Jam Boss Mr.B, is the Musical Director of  Arcadia, the resident performance troupe for the Crimson Vagabond Roadshow . He is also the Jam Boss for the Crimson Vagabond Jam-A-Thon. 

  Mr.B first discovered Middle Eastern drumming in 2010 at 3rd Coast Tribal, a festival featuring live music and belly dancing. He immediately began his search for a doumbek, practice DVD's and workshops with internationally renowned doumbek performers. He sets time aside almost every day to practice and improve his understanding of Middle Eastern music and percussion techniques.  

  You can also find Jam Boss, Mr.B performing in the Texas area including drum solos with his wife, The Crimson Vagabond, and the Hands of Fatima at the Sherwood Forest Faire during the months of March & April.

   Personalized sessions are perfect for the beginner or intermediate Middle Eastern drummer to develop their strengths and fine tune their challenges. You will have the opportunity to break down techniques, focus on Middle Eastern rhythms and leave with a practice drill. Private lessons can also be great practice before performances to help build confidence.
